Beyond the torrent Perlo, lies the Villa Trotti which is erected adjacent to villa Trivulzio, and is a very old establishment, during the early 18th century, in the 19th century was reconstructed and renovated completely. The newly built villa Trotti had “Moorish” decorations in a neogothic style.

The botanical garden of the villa is very beautiful and attracts many tourists, there are some trees and plants from China and Japan that make the garden look more attractive. Even this villa is erected on the shores of the lake.
